About our Department

The Engineering and Design Department at Manimama is the invisible engine that keeps our website running flawlessly and solves the toughest technical challenges. Our specialists ensure that every visitor experiences ease of use with our services and that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. They don’t just create design and code — they innovate to make Manimama more user-friendly and modern.

Their work represents a synergy of creativity and intellect, helping us maintain high standards and stay at the forefront of digital technology.

Who’s on the team?

Currently, the core team consists of three people: Stanislav Zadorozhnii (CTO), Illia Svyrydov (Software Engineer), Daria Spesivtseva (UI/UX Designer).

Stanislav Zadorozhnii is the company’s Chief Technical Officer, who controls all processes in the department. He is responsible for the architecture and strategic software solutions of all our projects. This includes all Manimama initiatives and our most ambitious project—the trading bot Burvix. Stanislav’s experience and expertise enable him to actively ensure the development and implementation of technological strategies that contribute to achieving the company’s business goals.

Now Stanislav is actively involved in the following:

Ensuring the efficiency of the IT infrastructure, which includes managing technological resources and supporting systems that maintain the smooth operation of all projects.
Improving the performance and speed of the server system for its effective functioning.
Developing and implementing detailed functionality for the trading bot Burvix.

Stas works effectively in a team and is always open to communication and interaction with colleagues. He is quick to respond to requests and willing to help with complex technical issues. He is motivated by the opportunity to work on interesting and challenging tasks, such as new trading strategies or bot optimization for Burvix. Stas is inspired by the real results of his work when his solutions improve the efficiency and productivity of a trading bot.

Illia Svyrydov is a specialist in both frontend and backend technologies. He possesses a wide range of skills that allow him to successfully work on various aspects of software development. In his work, he demonstrates high quality, focusing on creating intuitive and attractive user interfaces as well as developing reliable and scalable server applications.

Illia is actively involved in the following:

Ensuring the security and performance of server solutions, including authentication, authorization, and query optimization
Upgrading the frontend of the Manimama company websites and the Burvix project.
Developing the backend functionality for the Manimama company websites and the Burvix project.

Illia completes his tasks and can always rely on the support of his colleagues when facing challenges or unclear moments. What motivates him the most is his curiosity about the projects. For example, developing a trading bot for Burvix project fascinates him, and he strives to create a high-quality and user-friendly interface so that users can fully appreciate all the product features. Illia believes working on such innovative projects brings satisfaction and contributes to his professional development.

Daria Spesivtseva is a highly skilled UI/UX designer, who boasts over 5 years of experience in the field. She joined the department team not so long ago, but has already established herself as a diligent employee. Her expertise encompasses the entire design process, from UX wireframing and interactive prototyping to UI creation, animation, and asset development. Daria has extensive experience across various industries: from mobile and desktop games to corporate websites and social media marketing.

Daria is actively involved in the following:

Updating the website design for the Manimama company. The main focus areas include creating an overall style, structuring the information on the site, and developing a responsive design.
Designing for Burvix Traders, which involves developing the UI and creating illustrations. Daria puts all her efforts into making the design intuitive, attractive , and effective for users.

Daria enjoys working in our team when everyone supports each other to achieve common goals. She is especially grateful for the support from our CEO Ganna Voievodina, who knows how to inspire and create a caring atmosphere within the team. Always striving for improvement, Daria gets a real thrill from the opportunity to work with new technologies and participate in complex projects.
