As we approach the company’s birthday, we conducted a survey among our new employees—junior lawyers who joined us for an internship this summer, an experienced lawyer with extensive experience of work in the company, and our talented HR, responsible for recruiting new staff and ensuring their successful adaptation. We asked our colleagues the following questions:

Question 1: What motivated you to join Manimama?
- When I saw an internship vacancy, I was primarily interested in the area in which the company operates. I think it is very relevant and promising, and every day I am more convinced that I made the right choice. After the interview and the test task, I became even more interested in the legal work done in this area and wanted to find out what knowledge and skills are needed for successful work and development in this area. - In general, my joining the team was quite spontaneous and I didn’t think about it as something serious or real until the last moment. However, it turned out to be quite the opposite and I am very happy about it. The reasons that made me consider this position were the large number of jurisdictions in which I could work, extremely convenient working hours, a promising field of activity, a young team and the opportunity to step completely out of my comfort. It’s also worth mentioning the respectful attitude of our CEO Ganna Voіevodina: instead of feeling pressure or stress from management, you feel supported. - The specifics of my work blend my childhood passions with my professional interests. From a young age, I have adored geography and everything related to it, while my degree is in law. This harmonious combination allows me to constantly explore new jurisdictions and study the regulations of different parts of the world, which fuels my endless enthusiasm and excitement.
