For Serhii Telenchi, head of the Linear Incorporation & Payment Services Department, true team motivation arises when each member recognizes their value and understands how their contribution helps achieve the overall goal. One example of this was a project focused on opening new business accounts in payment systems. Thanks to clear task distribution and ongoing communication, the team achieved significant results, bringing visible success. For Valerii Katurga, head of the AML/CTF Services Department, goal setting should be based on the company’s strategic priorities and the capabilities of the specific department. He always strives to clearly explain the objectives and provide understandable instructions for achieving them, while also being ready to support the team when needed.

Valeriy emphasizes the importance of realistic expectations, which serve as a foundation for success. However, he also believes in the necessity of leaving room for growth and improvement, as it is essential to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic business environment.

What innovations or improvements have you implemented in your department that have contributed to the overall success of the company?

Serhii Telenchi, head of the Linear Incorporation & Payment Services Department, notes that one of the most significant changes has been the automation of certain processes and the development of new approaches to customer relations. For example, standardizing the process of applying for accounts in payment systems was an important step in this direction.

It has significantly reduced the time taken to process applications and improved the overall efficiency of the department. Thanks to these changes, customers have become more satisfied with the services they receive, which has undoubtedly had a positive impact on the company’s reputation.

Valerii Katurga, head of the AML/CTF Services Department, believes that an effective approach to work should focus on the gradual and deep immersion of each team member in the specifics of the job.
