About our Department

The Sales Department is crucial for our success, as it ensures effective communication with clients and drives the company’s growth. Our team of professionals constantly works to provide each client with a personalized approach and full support at every stage of cooperation. From the first consultation to contract signing, we strive to make every interaction as efficient and productive as possible.

Who’s on the team?

Currently, the core team consists of four people: Asya Vorobeva (Head of Growth), Sofiia Buriak (Legal manager), Zhanna Kochevanova (Legal manager), and our CEO Ganna Voievodina, who dedicates herself to each project and tries to give the best. 

Ganna Voevodina ensures the quality of the company’s products and services. She plays a key role in product development and is responsible for shaping the content of services and setting the pricing policy. An important part of her job is to train all employees to understand the product and effective sales tools. Ganna is also actively involved in quality control, checking how well our services meet the needs of our customers, her efforts are aimed at continuously improving the department’s activities and providing our customers with the best solutions.

Asya Vorobeva is the corporate coach of the department’s team. She ensures a high level of quality in our services by training employees to have a deep understanding of the product, and controlling every aspect of customer service to meet the highest standards. Her expert approach guarantees clients that they always receive the best advice and services.

Asya’s main responsibilities are the following:

  • Creating a step-by-step sales process
  • Adapting the sales process to the CRM system
  • Establishing product quality standards
  • Monitoring compliance with quality standards 
  • Conducting sales analytics
  • Developing growth strategies and improving service quality
  • Finding and testing automated solutions to enhance work efficiency

Sofiia Buriak has joined our team recently and has already established herself as a dedicated and proactive employee. Her primary role involves working with clients, where she shows initiative and constantly strives to find the best solution for each client. Her energy and commitment help ensure a high level of service and meet the needs of our clients.

Zhanna Kochevanova is new in our department but has already shown successful results. Her responsibilities involve working with clients, providing consultations and ensuring compliance with all legal standards. Zhanna’s diligence and discipline contribute to the high quality of service and the accurate fulfillment of all requirements.

Sofiia and Zhanna’s main responsibilities include:

  • Timely contact with all customers of the company, conducting negotiations to identify the need for a request and constant compliance with communication quality standards
  • Initial customer consultation and sale of the company’s products
  • Control over the provision of quality service to the client

So what do we do?

Our services consist of the following:

  • Communication with clients who have reached out to us.
  • Verification—every client undergoes a mandatory verification process so that we can determine if we can assist them.
  • Meeting with the client— we listen to the client’s goals, tasks, and timelines.
  • Preparation of a decision based on the results of the meeting and negotiations.

For a successful sales manager, communication skills and empathy are essential to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions. The ability to adapt quickly to market changes and negotiate terms favorable to both parties are also important. Resilience to failure and the ability to move forward after setbacks will ensure lasting results.

A deep understanding of the product or service, organization, and self-discipline, help effectively manage processes and provide expert advice to clients. Our people undoubtedly possess these qualities, as evidenced by the high praise we receive from our clients.

We strive for continuous growth and development, so soon, we plan to enhance the Department’s operations. Our primary focus will be on optimizing processes and tools. Additionally, we will actively invest in team development, providing regular sales training, learning new techniques, improving negotiation skills, and deepening product knowledge.

How do we handle our clients?

Sales is an art, and we improve it by using our empirical experience, constant team training and theoretical knowledge gained in all available ways.

We work towards results and each completed project confirms our effectiveness. When clients thank us for our work, our team often quotes our CEO’s words: “We work so you can work!”. This phrase embodies our mission, which speaks for itself.

Having accomplished our main tasks, we continue to stay in touch with the client. For example, if there are any legislative changes, we make sure to inform our clients and help them stay in line with the regulatory framework. We understand that our clients operate in a high-risk environment, so we always take care of their safety.

Our goal goes beyond ensuring legal compliance to helping our clients grow their businesses, expand into new markets and create new products. This kind of approach makes us successful and helps to sell our services effectively.
