What opportunities for self-improvement does the company provide?

One of the main areas of development for our employees is educational courses. Many of our colleagues have regularly attended individual English language lessons but we haven’t stopped there. Thanks to our co-founders, CEO Ganna Voievodina and CBDO Vasyl Ponomarov, we have launched group sessions for corporate English. However, these are not just standard courses – we have customized the practices to real company cases. Participants will explore legal terminology and specific business situations, and engage in speaking clubs. This approach makes learning useful and fascinating, allowing our employees to grow in their professional and personal sides.

We also plan to implement professional courses for those who seek to improve their skills, particularly in management and negotiation. Additionally, our lawyers can participate in leading crypto conferences, where they represent Manimama at a high level and expand their knowledge in this dynamic field.

Question 1: What courses are you taking as part of Manimama’s initiatives, and how have they impacted your professional activities?

With the support of the company, I took two important courses that have greatly improved my professional level. The first course was the Crypto Lawyer course from the Academy of Consulting Business, which helped me to understand blockchain, tokens, and cryptocurrencies more deeply. This experience has enabled me to perform tasks related to cryptocurrency regulation more effectively and quickly and to provide recommendations to clients with more confidence.
