    • 3 company name options
    • Description of the company structure
    • Description of games, gaming certification, which is supposed to be provided or agreements with licensed game providers
    • Proof of ownership of the domain, indicating that the provided URL belongs to the company or one of the founders
    • Up-to-date business plan

    For individuals (UBO, Director):

    • Certified copy of international passport with English translation
    • Certified copy of birth certificate
    • Certified copies of two different documents confirming the address of residence: a utility bill no older than 3 months or a bank statement in English and notarized no older than 90 days
    • Letter of recommendation from a lawyer/accountant (issued within the last 3 months) of which you have been a client for at least 2 years
    • A letter of recommendation from a bank (issued within the last 3 months) of which you have been a customer for at least 2 years
    • Up-to-date signed CV
    • Declaration of origin of funds of the founder and director in English (template will be provided)

    For legal entities:

    • A certified copy of the registration certificate
    • A certified copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association or any other equivalent document
    • A certified copy of the register of shareholders for the last 3 months, signed by the director of the company
